Description
The book attempts to :
a) give a backgrounder on how the Paris Agreement on Climate Change was arrived at, why is it like that, and its relationship to the United Nations Framework Agreement on Climate Change;
b) elaborate its provisions one by one while giving an update how these provisions have progressed since its adoption in Paris, France in 2015;
c) give an idea of the extent of Philippine obligations therein and how the Philippines has implemented them recently; and
d) show the full extent of the Paris Agreement Rulebook, while giving a summary of each of these key guidelines in each of the key building blocks of the Agreement
