Description
This book is written to create an awareness of crimes and penalties. It also hopes to become a quick reference for persons involved in the implementation of the law and the study of the law.
Criminal Law involves the study of what acts constitute crimes and their penalties and the criminal liability of persons. It includes criminal procedure: from conciliation at the barangay level, to how a criminal information is made, how people are arrested, acquitted or convicted, and how convicts are paroled or put on probation, or serve their sentence.
