The second edition of this Book was written in 2001. The law on succession has practically remained steady. However, new decisions of the Supreme Court have arisen which have amplified and clarified some articles of the law on succession. Hence, the need for the revision of the Book for update purposes.
This revision, hopefully, will be of great help to law researchers, law students, and bar reviewees without having to mention law professors, judges and magistrates.
