This work is a companion Book of the more detailed textbook/reviewer on Tariff and Customs matters that is being prepared by Prof. Roberto T. Domondon which is arranged in accordance with Resolution No. 01 series of 2015 issued by the Professional Regulatory Board for Customs Brokers on the 15th day of April 2015. This issuance adopted and promulgated the Revised Syllabi and Table of Specifications of the subjects in the Customs Broker Licensure Examination (CBLE). It likewise serves as a companion Book to the “Customs Modernization and Tariff Act Republic Act No. 10863, COMPARED WITH THE FORMER TARIFF AND CUSTOMS CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES (TCCP)” prepared by one of the authors.
