The writer presents here his answers to the questions asked in this year’s bar examination on Political Law and Public International Law.
As in previous editions, the writer provides here citations of cases and notes for the reader’s better understanding of the answers recommended by him.
He has here also added notes and re-written his answers to a few of the questions asked in previous examinations, to conform with recent jurisprudence and with cases he only recently discovered, and also because of his reconsideration of his initial perspectives on the issues presented in those questions.
