Atty Ed Vincent Albano III is the son of the late Judge Ed Vincent Albano Sr.

He took his pre-law, A.B. Legal Management in University of Santo Tomas, then eventually taking his L.l.B. in Arellano University, finishing his degree in 2005. He was admitted to the Bar in 2007.

He has been a part of the academe, since joining the legal field and is a Professor of Law at University of Perpetual Help System-Laguna and University of Pasay.

He is the Author of the following books: Election Law, Land Registration and Private International Law, Former Assistant Solicitor III, Office of the Solicitor General Bar Reviewer in Land Registration; Private International Law, Special Commercial Laws.
