Description
This book, Part One of Book Two, intends to present to the law students, the Bar candidates, the Bench and the Bar the different felonies defined under Titles One to Seven of the Revised Penal Code, in a simplified manner that is neither boring nor intimidating. Titles Eight to Fifteen are to be presented in Part Two.
Also presented in this book are the various crimes defined and penalized in several special penal laws passed by Congress and approved by the President of the Philippines, as well as their effects on the Revised Penal Code and on the Philippine legal system.
