Description
This book, Part Two of Book Two, intends to present to the law students, the Bar candidates, the Bench and the Bar the different felonies defined under Titles Eight to Fifteen of the Revised Penal Code, in a simplified manner that is neither boring nor intimidating.
Also presented in this book are the various crimes defined and penalized in several special penal laws passed by Congress and approved by the President of the Philippines, as well as their effects on the Revised Penal Code and on the Philippine legal system.
