The book also contains a comprehensive but easy to understand explanation of each crime, particularly, its nature, elements, and distinctions with other related crimes. It is loaded with illustrative cases, old and new. There are also a lot of examples and bar questions with answers based on prevailing jurisprudence to pique the mind and challenge one’s analytical thinking.
