This realization inspired me to write this “Rudimentary Handbook for Pollution Control Officers” which is born out of a vision to empower the PCOs and environmental practitioners with a practical and straightforward guide to navigating the complex world of pollution control and environmental regulation.
The contents of this book are purposely structured to provide the readers with a foundational understanding of the duties and responsibilities of PCOs, as well as the key legal and technical aspects of environmental compliance.
