Description
This book was written primarily to benefit and guide CLEP students and new lawyers in their litigation practice. Seasoned litigators and lawyers who specialize in other fields of law may however still find some portions of this book relevant in their practice.
The bulk of information in this book is not based on theory but more on the writer’s experience in his law practice. The book is not meant to be scholarly writing. Thus, citations are kept to a minimum, which also keeps the writing straightforward and less distracting.
The book is also not meant to cover all possible scenarios in litigation. It focuses only on the basic skills required of a litigation lawyer.
