Description
This book was written with a clear and deliberate purpose: to bridge the gap between technical tax law and bar-level understanding.
This book is bar-exam focused, but not bar-exam limited. It intentionally strips away unnecessary technical clutter to allow future lawyers to see the structure, logic, and policy behind the law. As Justice Felix Frankfurter once reminded us, “The history of liberty has largely been the history of observance of procedural safeguards.” In taxation, understanding the law’s framework is the first safeguard—both for the taxpayer and for the State.
