Like the new Rules of Evidence, each rule and sections are annotated. The majority of the amended provisions’ source were traced from the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure of the US. FSC decisions and the Committee Notes of the US Congress are cited, in the absence of our local jurisprudence, for easy understanding.
This will be a comprehensive textbook for law students and bar reviewees. A good reference for lawyers, for both public and private practice.
