This simple book is intended to simplify the study of Civil Law and as a supplementary reading material for She students of law, bar candidates and bar practitioners. It is highly recommended, that while reading, the reader must also be equipped with a codal provision of the New Civil Code on the ground that only frequently asked provisions in the previous bar examinations are being included in this book.
