Description
The course Drug Education and Vice Control covers the prevention and control from sociological, psychological, and physiological perspectives. It also includes the different types of vices and drugs, including their effects on individuals and society. Moreover, the different law enforcement agencies involved in the anti-drugs effort and its operations, as well as the investigative and legal aspect, are also covered.
The course is intended for criminology students in order to prepare them for a career in law enforcement and criminal justice by providing a comprehensive understanding of substance abuse and related illicit activities.
