The 2025 edition of this book contains the whole set of the Case Doctrines in Legal and Judicial Ethics of the 2025 Bar Chairperson, Justice Amy Lazaro-Javier. It is our sincerest hope that this compilation will equip bar candidates (our “bar babies”), law students and even lawyers with additional knowledge on how to avoid some of the ethical pitfalls of lawyering.
