This Book used to be the second part of “Legal and Judicial Ethics” of the author which was first published in 1993, revised in 1995 and again in 1999. It is one of the recipients of the Centenary Book Awards on June 8, 2001 given by the Supreme Court on the occasion of its Centennial Celebrations.
This Book is a ‘must’ for all justices and judges that they may continue to have a humble and meek guide, if not inspiration, in the performance of their official duties and to consistently avoid the pitfalls and unnecessary hazards in their lofty profession.
