This review companion offers to assist examinees in their preparation for the next Examinations and their eventual work as practitioners. As Legal Ethics in the Bar Examinations is a composite of three parts, i.e. Legal Ethics proper, Judicial Ethics, and Practical Exercises, this review companion contains:
I. A survey of relevant jurisprudence in legal and judicial ethics for the past three years;
II. A set of practice questions in multiple choic question format so that examinees may test readily their content knowledge;
III. A guide in drafting documents that may be part of the practical exercises component of the examination;
IV A trial bar exercise to help examinees preassess their chances in this bar subject;
V. Answer keys, with appropriate explanation and/or discussions; and,
VI By way of appendices, the texts of significant sources of legal and judicial ethics, including the syllabus guide for the Bar Examinations on Legal Ethics.
