Description
It may be perhaps only fitting that there also be a birth centenary edition of this book, which was the first ever written by the author more than half a century ago.
The writer has incorporated in this volume a few additional questions and answers, which are mostly based on or excerpts from the pertinent rulings, to cover recent pronouncements and principles in the field of International Law. They are included here, as in the last edition of this work, with notes by way of explanatory references to treaties, executive agreements, laws and decisions of the Supreme Court and other tribunals.
