This third volume completes the undersigned teacher’s Notes on the Constitution.
Like the first two volumes, which are devoted to discussions on concepts pertinent to our State and government, this final addition to this series is comprised of his personal notes, done and gathered throughout his decades as a teacher, but this time, on the Bill of Rights, Citizenship and Suffrage.
It features carefully chosen excerpts from important reiterations (and a few confusing clarifications) as well as the most recent pronouncements of the Supreme Court, and also laws and rules, on the many topics included in the scope of the field of study known as Constitutional Law, which, as prescribed in the existing law curriculum, covers as well the basic rules on Citizenship and Suffrage.
