Description
This material did not come about to compete with the respected legal luminaries in the legal field that came before the humbled author of this book. Neither is this material an attempt to make the author an institution in Civil Procedure. Rather, this written instrument is a modest attempt by the author to help the bench, the bar and soon-to-be lawyers in the study of Ordinary Civil Action and Appeals in a manner that helped the author understood the aforementioned topics better.
