This book was enhance to incorporate most frequently asked questions with the intention of making R.A. 9266 easier for the students as well as practitioners and the public to understand the essence and intention of the law. It is the author’s view that the person reading it must easily understand the complicated aspect of the law; hence, the simplicity of this work can serve as guide for students, practitioners, trainees and the public in the architecture practice and its application to the profession.
This contains important provisions of law and doctrinal decisions by the Court specially the decision of the Supreme Court in the long standing controversy between the practice of Architects and Civil Engineers, that finally after 17 years the Court already put an end. The case filed by Architect JPaul Octaviano, FPIA on the three (3) PRBOA Resolution, who were elevated on appeal and settled by an En Banc decision by the Court.
