This volume is a sequel to the first book of the same title by the authors. Just like the first volume, the paramount purpose in coming out with this volume is to help the bar candidates in their review of the different special penal laws. The authors intentionally excluded the non-essential provisions of the law and focused on the more important ones, which they believed to be potential bar questions in criminal law. The authors likewise incorporated only the most important and latest jurisprudence on the subject in order to help the bar candidates acquire sufficient knowledge of the dictum in the minimum time.
