In response to numerous requests, I publish this Pre-Week Reviewer in Criminal Law every year. As in previous issuances, this simplified bar review material contains all previous bar questions in criminal law as well as the applicable concepts and jurisprudence.
The 2024 edition contains the questions given in 2023 Hernando bar exams. In addition, I also included the ponencias of Justice Mario V. Lopez, this year’s bar exams chairperson, which are possible sources of questions in criminal law.
