Description
This book is designed to help law practitioners, students, bar reviewees, migrant workers and their employers, human resource managers as well as ordinary employees, understand better our labor laws.
The book has limited its treatment of Book One of the Labor Code to matters that concern only migrant workers and their employers, while its discussion of Book Two of the Code has been limited to the effects of R.A. 7790, the TESDA Law, which superseded the Labor Code on August 25, 1994.
