Like the 2025 Edition, this Bar Reviewer in Remedial Law (2026 Edition) follows the syllabus as mandated by the Supreme Court. Certain topics have been revised and rearranged. However, the book continues to adopt the Question-and-Answer format to better suit the needs of bar reviewees in preparing for future bar examination questions.
Cases decided by the Bar Chairperson and the Supreme Court En Banc up to June 30 have been incorporated to help examinees become familiar with how bar questions are formulated, particularly in problem-type settings.
