Description
The new edition of the book was necessitated by the jurisprudential developments brought about by the case of Tan-Andal vs. Andal as well as other developments in jurisprudence from the year 2022 to 2023.
It is hoped by the authors that the reader will be able to appreciate the amendments while staying true to the intentions of the main author, Dean Ed Vincent S. Albano; to whom this work is dedicated to.
