Description
This book has not been arranged in the usual manner under the Civil Code. But it has been arranged in such a manner that the author(s) attempt to make it more comprehensible to the reader; and allow an overall picture to be developed on the subject.
The discussion starts off with the kinds of property (immovable and movable). Thereafter, the topic on property in relation to the person to whom it belongs follows so that the basic questions may be set in the mind of the reader. To further strengthen this flow of thought, the topic on how is property acquired shall then be made. In the discussion of how property is acquired, the modes of acquiring ownership shall be made.
