This book on Wills and Succession is being presented by the author in the format of which he has been known: in a sequential manner that disregards the arrangement of the Civil Code which focuses more on the subject.
This book starts off with a definition of Succession in order to set the table. As part of this text’s intention to disregard the arrangement of the Civil Code and focus on the subject (as mentioned above), the individual who shall succeed shall be discussed thereafter consisting of the following topics: 1) the capacity to succeed by will or intestacy; 2) relationship; and 3) Compulsory heirs.
