Dean Ed Vincent Albano Sr. is the Former Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 50, Pampanga (Ret.) [1991-1999]; He was also a Member of the Faculty, Philippine Judicial Academy, Supreme Court.

He is an alumni of FEU, taking A.B. Political Science as his pre-law back in 1970, and took his
Ll.B. at the Institute of Law, FEU (Cum Laude) in 1974.

He was also a Professor of Law at the following universities: San Beda University; San Beda College-Alabang; La Salle, Lipa City; PLM, (Former Dean), College of Law, University of Perpetual Help System-Laguna;

He was also a Professor and Bar Reviewer in Remedial Law, Civil Law, Political Law at San Beda University; University of San Jose Recoletos, Cebu City; and a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Holy Trinity College of General Santos City.

He was the Former Holder of Juan Ponce Enrile and Pedro Concepcion, Professorial Chair in Civil Law, Institute of Law, FEU. His experiences as a Bar Reviewer has eventually culminated in him setting up his own review center, Albano Bar Review Center (ABRC), where he is the proprietor and Bar Review Director.
