Coming up with this iteration of the Remedial Law Reviewer was brought about by the need to keep in step with the amendments to the Rules of Court. Whether it be cleaning up portions of this book which are no longer up-to-date due to the 2019 Amendment to the Rules of Court; including jurisprudence up to 2022; inputting R.A. No. 11576 into the discussions on jurisdiction; and most recently, including the issuance of A.M. No. 08-8-7- SC to the discussion (which sought to expedite the procedures in first level courts); the author(s) have thus included all the necessary amendments that will allow this book to stay relevant to the needs of the student, the practitioner and even the judiciary.
