Compendium on Practice and Pleadings in Labor Cases
This book is primarily intended for use by lawyers, especially those whose area of practice or specialization is labor cases. However, since non-lawyers with proper authorization are also allowed under Article 228 of the Labor Code to appear before the quasi-judicial agencies under DOLE, this book may also be useful as reference and guide to paralegals, labor leaders, human resources managers/practitioners and entrepreneurs. This may also be used as reference or textbook by law students.

Pre-Week Bar Review Notes In Labor Law
This pre-week Notes should be read hand-in-hand with the codal provisions of the Labor Code, special labor laws, and social legislations. Being mere notes, its contents are digests of selected provisions of the Labor Code presented in an easy-to-understand manner, selected jurisprudence, and selected previous Bar Questions with the Author’s suggested answers. In the course of preparation of this work, it is inevitable that the Author has to read works of leading authors on the subject to pick-up their minds, so to speak, or to have an idea as to their interpretation and insights on the subject.

In the years that I was given the privilege of teaching Labor Laws in different law schools, certain topics are combined into one subject.
