Description
The second volume of the Labor Code relates to the most dynamic relationship between the employer and employee, which is considerably the cornerstone of nation building and development. This relationship has for its heart the co-dependence and inseparability of Labor and Capital; one simply cannot exist without the other. A capitalist, no matter how vast his resources maybe, will never flourish without his employees. His work force, just like his well-oiled machinery, should always be provided with the idyllic work environment where their rights are protected so that they can sustain best work practices which will ultimately lead to his business success. After all, entrepreneurial triumphs are always the enablers of a country’s economic development.
