There are also special laws which fall within its scope like (a) Discontinuance of the Spanish Mortgage System; (b) Extra-judicial Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage; (c) The Chattel Mortgage Law; (d) The Ship Mortgage Decree of 1978; (e) Registration of Mortgages, and (f) Pawnshop Regulation Act.
