Description
The Judicial Affidavit Rule, promulgated as Administrative Matter No. 12-8-8-SC (September 4, 2012), is considered among the most effective responses to the nagging problem of case congestion and delays in the disposition of cases. The rule is intended to streamline court procedures and to expedite the resolution of cases. When correctly used, the Rule effectively addresses delays caused by the time-consuming process of presenting direct testimony in court.
