The overwhelming request from our future customs brokers – students of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration, and reviewees in the Customs Broker Licensure Exams, and the promulgation of various issuances since 2020 up to the present require the revision of this work to make it more updated, relevant, and responsive to the needs of its readers.
More question-and-answer problems were introduced in this edition to help our readers better understand the provisions of the Customs Modernization & Tariff Act (CMTA). Moreover, this edition contains a table of reference for the related issuances for applicable sections in the CMTA.
