Description
This is a seminal work on the new rules on preliminary investigation and inquest proceedings. It intends to serve as a basic tool and guide on the reform initiatives on the administration of justice, specifically on the investigation and prosecution of crimes by our prosecutors and law enforcement agencies. Because of the desire of the government to have a more expeditious, efficient and less expensive administration of justice, there came the burning desire, the persistent push and the all-consuming focus to primacy of the rule of law and the adherence to compassionate justice in our country.
