Real estate is probably one of the most interesting and rewarding professions in the country. Interesting in the sense that a practitioner is destined to encounter wide range of experience not commonly encountered in other occupation.
In 2009, Congress passed R.A. 9646 which vested regulatory powers over the profession to Professional Regulations Commission (PRC). This used to be under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
