The theory or power of judicial review still has its detractors and critics (both here and abroad). And the question of its legitimacy persists up to this day.
This modest work seeks to provide an exposition and defense of the power of judicial review (the power of the courts, particularly the Supreme Court, to test the validity of executive and legislative acts in light of their conformity with the Constitution).
