Description
The way this book is written assumes that the interested reader hereof is sort of sedulously smart and has some kind of elementary knowledge in legal logic, and the hierarchy of state laws and rules, and corresponding decisional case law rendered thereon by the court of last resort: The Supreme Court of the Republic of the Philippines.
It, too, presupposes that the reader’s breadth of vocabulary and quality of lexicon are of the collegiate level. If not, then the diligent reader should make readily available electronic dictionary and artificial intelligence apps that can explain legal jargon and juristic parlance, usually integrated as features in the user’s cellphone’s set of apps.
