Since the first edition of this book was published in 2001 numerous decisions had been promulgated by the Supreme Court that revision thereof became a necessity. That is the only way the earlier edition could be improved. As Sir Winston Churchill said, “to improve is to change” and George Bernard Shaw added, “progress is impossible without change”. So there you are, I have to change what I have written before as new jurisprudence makes a change imperative so as to make progress in law.
Although this book is a Quizzer and Reviewer, it is a very authoritative and ideal not only for students but for lawyers as well.
