This simple book is an extract of the 2019 amendments to the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure (A.M. No. 19-10-20-SC) carefully crafted during the pandemic period. It is intended to simplify the study of Civil Procedure as amended, from Rule 6 to Rule 35 and other related laws as a supplementary reading material for the students of law, bar candidates, and bar practitioners. It is highly recommended, that while reading, the reader must be equipped of the codal provisions of the Rules of Court as amended.
