Our justice system, I must boldly proclaim, is good. This conclusion is shown in the different rules of procedure promulgated by the Supreme Court as well as the jurisprudence applying and interpreting our numerous laws. To appreciate the system all that we have to do is to study it seriously and apply the same in securing justice for all.
While there is no substantial revision in this edition no doubt there is a change. A change with the hope to make this treatise of utmost help in the administration of justice.
