This book is primarily intended to serve as either the comprehensive text to supplement Constitutional Law II with its renewed focus on Constitutional and Human Rights or for students in law schools which offer a separate course on Human Rights Law.
It presents the basic principles of Human Rights Law with a focus on the international bill of human rights. It incorporates leading cases, both international and domestic, and provides a commentary or annotation on the main human rights treaties that comprise the international bill of human rights and related domestic human rights laws.
