Tulad ng naunang aklat, ipinapaliwanag nito ang mga konsepto, doktrina at kaso una, sa Pilipino. Pagkatapos ay ipapaliwanag ang mga ito sa English. Ganito rin ang paraan ng pagtalakay sa mga kaso ngunit sa halip na ipaliwanag sa English, hinayaan kong ang Korte Suprema na mismo ang magpaliwanag sa pamamagitan ng paghalaw ng mga bahagi ng desisyon na pinaka angkop na makakapagpaliwanag ng mga prinsipyo, konsepto or doktrina. Sa simula ng bawa’t kaso, mayroon ding simple at maiksing paliwanag ng doktrina na ibinahagi ng kaso. Ito ay para makatulong sa mga mag aaral na matandaan ang aral ng mga kaso.

This is a project designed to be such a learning aid. It has a few unique features. First, It does not explain each and every Article of the Constitution. Instead, it focuses on Constitutional law concepts. Each concept is explained in a simple language. Then Supreme Court rulings explaining the concepts are quoted. And in a box, I have placed a short and simple Filipino explanation of the concept. Second, the cases are quoted to explain and elaborate each concept. Instead of including all the convoluted issues in one case, it focuses only on the topic at hand. Facts cited are only the facts that have an impact on the doctrine announced by the Supreme Court and the part of the Decision directly relating to the concept or doctrine is quoted. Third, the doctrine of each case cited is summarized in a sentence in both English and Filipino. It is hoped that such a summary would not only help the students understand the case he is reading, it would also help him remember. This book is the first of two parts. The First Book contains basis Constitutional Principles and Policies and how the government operates and the second book contains discussions on the Bill of Rights.
