The first edition of this book was released in 2002. No significant laws have been passed which have modified the law on sales. Jurisprudence on the other hand has remained generally steady.
Recently, however, some important cases have cropped up in the Supreme Court which necessitated the revision of the book.
With this revision, again, it is my fervent wish that it shall continue to be a meaningful guide to all readers who may find the need for it in solving some legal problems regarding sales and relevant subjects.
