My Training Notes: How to Give and make The Best of Trainings
I am offering this book not only as a guidebook or reference for training but, as importantly, also as a key to – again, this phrase – OPENING MINDS. Meaning, trainings should springboard each and every participant into being open to fresh ideas, and even trigger deep inside them an inner itch to look beyond the horizons, and explore them for new, innovative, alternative paths to development. In other words, this guidebook is not only for trainers. This guidebook is also meant for training participants, teachers, professors, and anyone who values the constant pursuit of growth and development in all forms, be it personal, professional, social, or national.

Love for Living Animals
As I write about each new animal that borders extinction, I’m reminded of how mindfully God created this world, and how mindlessly we’ve treated it. We haven’t shepherded this planet well. But in the beginning everything was right. We must work intentionally to handle each ecosystem dutifully. The challenge is strong and the work is hard, but I’m thankful for all conservationists who are doing their share while things can still be done.

Sentido Comun
“This book provides a window into the soul of a man living his ordinary life extraordinarily. He sees ordinary things extraordinarily. What is nothing short of astonishing is what we come to see through that window: not bitterness, anger, resentment and frustration, but rather equanimity, graciousness, service, hope and love. Anyone interested in what a radical and free-spirited outlook in life looks like should read this luminous text. Sedfrey’s musings are a marvel. “

God Loves Bakla
GOD LOVES BAKLA is the brave, bold, and brazen coming out story of Atty. Raymond Alikpala. Originally released in 2010, the book is being re-issued on its tenth anniversary. It chronicles his struggles with his Catholic upbringing and his homosexuality and how he is eventually able to reconcile these two seeming contradictions. Atty. Alikpala tells his story simply and honestly, with uncommon daring and courage, challenging the reader to see the inner life of a young, idealistic, religious gay Filipino with fresh eyes. With Pope Francis himself calling for the legal protection of same-sex relationships, it is time for mainstream Filipino readers to discover why Atty. Alikpala believes that “God loves bakla.”

Dreams Can’t Lie
DREAMS CAN’T LIE is a compelling journey through the experience of a devoted international aid worker during his stint in Afghanistan. People who are interested in humanitarian aid and military science fiction will probably be interested in this book. Readers can gain knowledge of what was it like to work inside a city under siege. One of the interesting things was that the protagonist, Adi or Adnan, is very compassionate in his work, even to the point of prioritizing it over his family. His faith as what kept him going; but most especially was his father’s love and guidance, which in turn, was the most important link that was missing but made him the brave man he is now.

Dear Child
This book was made out of nostalgia, out of the desire to go back to the time when everything was just simple, when we were still in the cradle of our childhood – protected by guardian angels, watched by the stars, and terrified by the myths of dwarfs, ghosts, giants, and monsters.
