Judicial Remedies Over Real Properties
This book discusses on the elements, basic concepts, and jurisprudential rules relative to the different judicial remedies involving real properties. It also delineates the distinctive features and characteristics of each remedy vis-àvis the others. It strives to be a reliable guidebook for the reader in order for him/her, first, to select the most appropriate and effective remedy under obtaining circumstances and, second, to formulate the factual allegations apropos to the chosen remedy. Let it be emphasized that a wrong remedy is fatal to one’s cause of action and could lead to the dismissal of the complaint. Similarly, even if the correct action was taken, yet, the complaint fails to set out key and material or jurisdictional facts, such dearth would be equally disastrous and could lead to a similar result.

Estate Planning Handbook
In my profession, I have come across several people who are having problems with disposing certain properties which are still under the name of their long-deceased relative. The relative is usually a parent, a grandparent, an uncle, an aunt, or even a sibling. In other cases, I also encounter siblings quarrelling amongst themselves or even with their surviving parent. Such situations are truly heartbreaking to say the least. These kinds of problems usually arise due to the failure of the surviving relatives, who are more often than not the legal heirs, to pay the necessary estate tax and settle the estate of the decedent. However, are the heirs the only ones to blame? Definitely not. The decedent, while living, likewise has a part, if not more parts, to play in ensuring that his descendants or heirs do not have a difficult time in acquiring the inheritance he had left for them to enjoy. Now, this is where sound estate planning comes in.

On the other hand, the word “limitation,” as applied to actions under the common law, has reference to the time within which an action must be brought after the right of action has accrued.
